Message:   It has been awhile since there were any postings, but I have been very busy. So, it's is time to fill in everyone about this program. I know it is winter, but Spring training for Major League Baseball is around the corner.
I recently met with Pat McGuire, of McGuire Baseball Company, to discuss this program. Remember George Brett, well he is also involved through Brett Brothers Sports International. Pat will be working on
promoting our program with the Baseball Hall of Fame, Major League Baseball, and other baseball groups.
We also need to promote it to other groups and organizations. You can help out by sending info to your friends and co-workers. You can also send me
emails on who we should contact. I can send out a
flier by email, or mail it. I also can send out Press
releases.
Each bag will be equipped with enough gear to man a team. Check the program link for details and pictures.
We will also send soflball equipment if requested.
For a $500 sponsorship, almost any group can help out.
We also have a company, John Valle Baseball, who will
recondition used gloves. This way if the troops just
want to play catch, we will send them 2 gloves and balls. So, start asking around for used baseball
gloves as well.
Let's bring the troops something really American,
Baseball.
