FT-900 for Sale
FT-900, mic and remote kit. Radio is 100% functional. Maybe a few side scratches but the front is clean. Remote kit has all the major parts, but it's possible you may have to source the odd screw (I didn't use it, but a previous owner did). Antenna tuner works great, but that's typical for this model. It's a good rig, but I wanted something smaller and went with a ft-857.

I need a pare of power transistors (2n4280) for the dc converter in a ft-101e. I have looked everywhere, every electronics parts house online (like Mouser) that I can think of. That transistor number doesn't show up online except as data sheets and a few antique radio pages. But no conversion to a current number. Does anyone have a set in there junk box they can spare?
